Deliveries outside of the Canada may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees. No duties and taxes reimbursements.

We use high-quality base metals (like stainless steel or brass) heavily plated in 14k to 18k gold (1 – 2.5 microns) 1 micron & above is considered good & will last for at least 1 to 3+ years. Because we use real gold plating, it won’t irritate your skin. Treat your Herae pieces like the treasures they are. keep them away from perfumes and gym sweat and they’ll stay gold for years

While our plating is much thicker than "fast-fashion" jewelry, we don't recommend swimming or showering in your pieces. Think of it this way: you wouldn't wear a silk gown to the pool, right? Treat your jewelry with the same respect to keep that high-shine finish.

Every order is "gift-ready." Your jewelry arrives in our signature Herae gold-foil box, wrapped in protective tissue, and includes a dedicated care card. If you’re sending this as a gift, the heavy lifting is already done.

Our fulfillment team is quick! You have 2 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that, your piece is likely already being prepped for shipment.
